What does “without sodium nitrite” mean?
Sodium nitrite E250 is not used in the current recipes of the five Yaratu products.
The statement applies to the reviewed current recipes. It does not mean the products contain no salt, spices or processing.
Is this a laboratory claim?
No. The status comes from current recipes and specifications; nutrition figures are calculated too.
